The location is comfortable, right next to the train station. the double room is brand-new with a huge walk-in shower and excellent modern bathroom. - There is a really nice restaurant not too far from the hotel. 

The variety of delicious food options and excellent service, along with the extensive breakfast and available private parking, were highlights of my stay.

The family room has convenient amenities like a mini bar, central heating, and an iron and ironing board, and its location near the center is wonderful.

Close to a railway station, you can get anywhere. Functional, recently renovated rooms with super comfortable bed as well as excellent modern bathroom, excellent position...

I got a large and beautifully designed room with central heating. The street view was a bonus. The staff at the reception desk were superbly friendly and amazingly nice. The location was marvelous for walking around a covered wooden footbridge. 

Great value hotel with private parking and handy location very close to all the key sites. Very informative and helpful staff members at the reception desk. Overall quiet atmosphere.

Sincerely, it was a very positive stay for 4 nights. We ate at a GOOD restaurant for evening meals.

Well-maintained and impeccably clean hotel, perfect and exceptionally nice location so near to many lovely attractions. A twin room with a balcony allowing outdoor seating.

The location of this hotel is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the train station. It is also within walking distance to the famous Chapel bridge and the charming old town area. There are many nice restaurants nearby, making 

Equipment and ambience of the room were good.

Breakfast buffet was not enough, a variety of fresh cold cuts and cheese would have been nice. Presentation of buffet is expandable. backyard bedrooms are noisy when people are standing in the yard. windows could therefore only rarely be opened because the smell of the kitchen and smoke were in the room.

I liked the hotel, it was well-maintained and impeccably clean with perfect and nice location close to other tourist attractions. Location: the property was not far from train station, boat station, old town and all other attractions 

The room was quiet, and we had a panoramic view of city.

Get in early and park here 😊. Enjoy a big breakfast with delicious food and friendly staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Lucerne. The location was the best thing for us, as it was conveniently close to the train station and within walking distance of the beautiful lake and popular tourist 

The bed is comfortable, great room. The hotel is conveniently located, just a few steps from the station. There's a parking lot... It's a good breakfast.
